Participation in Shakers Meetup activities is voluntary and based on mutual respect. Members are expected to engage in a manner that supports a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

All events, communications, and programming are overseen and approved by the Shakers board to ensure alignment with community values and safety standards.

• Accessibility & Inclusion

In-person gatherings are held in wheelchair-accessible venues. Accessibility information is shared in advance, and reasonable accommodations are considered when possible.

• Member Conduct

Disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in limitations on participation to protect the well-being of the community.

• Member Content & Privacy

Blogs, photos, and personal content shared within member-only areas remain private and are not shared publicly without explicit permission.
