Shakers Meet Up is a seniors’ community with Afro-Canadian foundation and leadership, rooted in inclusion, connection, and shared experience.

 

We bring people together to learn, create, and support one another through gatherings that celebrate culture, wellness, and lifelong curiosity.

 

Our work reduces senior isolation while preserving stories, strengthening community ties, and building momentum toward a dedicated space where seniors can gather with dignity, joy, and purpose.
